"Really well located in Rose Bay, close to public transport, shops etc. but still quiet. Unfortunately, we were there end of February beginning of March and the place was way too hot, also no window nets so full of mosquitos. It was advertised with ceiling fans but there is only one in the bedroom. There were 2 Dyson tower fans that were loud and not very efficient.
