The hotel is well cared for and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and good value. Aircon worked well - important as it was hot then!

8.6/10 Excellent! (89 reviews)
The room itself was clean, tidy and comfortable, with a comfortable bed. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
However, I was surprised by a few things. We were charged an extra €30 for late check-out, which I found quite expensive. There was a kettle in the room, but only one cup, and there was no coffee or tea provided, only sugar.
The hotel has good transport links to the city centre, which is a plus. However, the neighbourhood itself is quite average and not particularly nice.
Overall, the room was good and comfortable, and the location is convenient for getting into central Milan, but there are a few things that could be improved.

"My room was spacious, clean with a balcony and incredible view of the mountains. Amenities were basic, shampoo, shower cap, soap but exactly what you needed. The location was fantastic, right across from the train station, wonderful little bar/ restaurant downstairs. The staff that work the bar, ..."
