Rent furnished holiday apartment with 2 rooms of recent construction, with AIR CONDITIONING in c / Uruguay of Roquetas de Mar, in front of the beach the Bajadilla located at 100 METERS (2nd line of beach). 2nd floor with elevator and TERRACE, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two beds of 90 cm), living room with SOFA-BED marriage, a bathroom, appliances, washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator and TV. It is prepared to accommodate 6 people. The beach with blue flag, adapted for the disabled, has all kinds of services, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and is close to the seaport, Santa Ana Castle, the Urbanization of Roquetas de Mar and Punta Entinas Natural Park. Sabinar. It is located in an area without noise, which will allow you to rest and at the same time enjoy many leisure alternatives.

El piso de maravilla, no había nada que faltaba, nada de nada, hasta juguetes para los pequeños. La ubicación perfecta, a 200 metros de la playa. El año que viene repetiremos!!!

#### Vacaciones relajantes

Somos una pareja joven que fuimos con nuestro perro y nos encanto la casa. Siempre habia ido a apartamentos enanos y mal cuidados y este es todo lo contrario. Comodidad de colchones, limpio, grandisimo el piso, el dueño cercano y amable.no tenia aire acondicionado pero no nos hizo falta para nada por las noches se dormia muy fresquitos con el aire que hacia Volveremos a ir y lo recomendariamos

#### Todo fue normal y el piso nos sirvió

El piso estaba bien, en condiciones normales. Los sofas y las camas de los niños estaban notablemente gastados. Los utensilios de la cocina eran completos, pero muchos estaban en un estado descuidado de otros usuarios. El propietario era muy disponible para cualquier duda que tuvimos. La zona es una zona urbana residencial y la playa a dos calles (200 m.) del piso. No hay muchos restaurantes o tiendas cerca, pero dentro de unos 400-500 metros en cada lado se llega a las zonas de tiendas y restaurantes. La playa de la Bajadilla, el paseo marítimo, el castillo de Santa Ana, el Faro y la zona de las urbanizaciones de la Bajadilla están todos cerca, un paseo de 300-1.000 metros. El piso es tal como aparece en las fotos. Es un buen sitio para un tiempo de vacaciones con lo básico y tiene una buena relación precio/calidad.
