This beautiful apartment is located on the first floor of Residencial Pelícanos Golf and Beach. It has a wonderful view of the golf course and it is therefore ideal for golf enthusiasts. The most beautiful beaches of Roquetas de Mar and Campo de Golf Playa Serena are a short distance away. A visit to nearby places such as Roquetas de Mar, Cortijos de Marín and La Mojonera is also possible. With a pleasant terrace and a fantastic view of the golf course, as well as communal gardens and a communal swimming pool, this apartment offers all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday. It also has comfortable bedrooms, a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
