Infolge eines Missverständnisses der Putzfrau lag der Schlüssel nicht am vereinbarten Ort. Glücklicherweise erreichten wir telefonisch einen Mitarbeiter der Vermietung, der auch schnell vorbeikam und Abhilfe schaffen konnte. Die Wohnung machte einen sehr sauberen, neuwertigen und komfortablen Eindruck. Aber dennoch gibt es einige Kritikpunkte. Ohne Anleitungen wollten wir nicht in bestehende Programmierungen eingreifen und durch wildes Ausprobieren vielleicht noch Schaden verursachen (TV, Klimaanlage). Die vorhandenen Gerätebeschreibungen waren eher Einbauanleitungen für die Küchengeräte...Fazit: Kein (deutschsprachiges) Fernsehen, kalte Räume.Die Schlafzimmergardine war an der Gardinenstange verknotet, nicht regulär angebracht. So hatte es die Putzfrau belassen! Die Betten wärmten nicht, da als Zudecke jeweils nur Laken vorgesehen waren.Es gab keine Polster für Balkons. Das Besteck war zu gering dimensioniert, mit je drei Löffeln etc. muss man ständig abwaschen.Das Treppenhaus war nicht beleuchtet, das Schlüsselfach mit seinem Dreh -Codierungsmechanismus war praktisch eine Übung in Blindenschrift... Die dem Regen ausgesetzten Treppenstufen und ohne entsprechendes Geländer waren für ältere Menschen kreuzgefährlich, hinzu kam, dass das Treppenhaus eine offene Baustelle war. Und der versprochene Parkplatz war auch eher ein Witz mit viel zu eng dimensionierten Parkbuchten bzw. Ein- und Ausfahrten. Fast hätten wir nicht pünktlich abreisen können, weil wir zugeparkt waren.
