The home is presented well throughout, with a delightful entrance hallway, leading through to a large, superb sitting /dining room with access through a patio door to the rear garden. There is a well-fitted kitchen with white goods, appliances, and cooking utensils included. The first floor benefits from three superb bedrooms and a family bathroom, with the principal bedroom benefitting from an en-suite shower room. Externally, the rear garden is fabulous, with a well-tended lawn, a paved patio area and a timber shed. The property further benefits from private parking on the property. Romsey train station is also located within walking distance of property and not too far from London, Bournemouth, Brighton, Winchester, Salisbury, and the Purbecks. Nice location. Furniture was uncomfortable and clocks were not working. Management was prompt at responding to texts. Home was clean but starting to show some break down.
