The apartment, located in the Aurelio district, is about 9 km from St. Peter's Square and the Vatican Museums and 10 km from Rome's historic center. It is easily reached by car, which can be parked in a free private space. Nearby public buses, subway and trains make it easy to get around and visit the city and its attractions. It is located in a quiet building without the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is located in an apartment complex and consists of a separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. It is air conditioned and equipped with two flat-screen TVs. It has free private parking and a private swimming pool surrounded by greenery where you can relax in the summer season. The house is very cozy and bright and has modern, fresh and very functional furnishings. Near the house is a large supermarket and there are restaurants and eateries.

\- sehr netter Gastgeber, gute Kommunikation- geräumiges Wohnzimmer- Unterkunft liegt auf dem Berg, vom Bus ca 400m steil bergauf- Pool war bereits geschlossen, obwohl 30 Grad waren- Kochtöpfe waren für 2 Personen viiiiel zu groß

#### Parfait pour une découverte de Rome

Appartement très confortable, piscine bienfaisante avec la chaleur, hôtes réactifs et au service ! Très calme et silencieux. Proximité (15 minutes à pied) d'une gare qui mène en 6 minutes au coeur de Rome. Grand supermarché de qualité et peu cher à proximité.
