Studio apartment with a large panoramic balcony that can accommodate up to two people. Located on the third floor of a 6-story building with an lift (not wheelchair accessible), right in the city centre, just a short walk from the Manzoni (2-minute walk) and Vittorio Emanuele (5-minute walk) metro stations.

Paid parking is available on the street or at the International Car Service (1-minute walk).



The interior is laid out as follows:



KITCHENETTE: two induction burners, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, moka pot, electric kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and other kitchen utensils.



SLEEPING AREA: double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), smart TV, and dining area. Split air conditioner with heat pump function.



BATHROOM: shower stall, toilet and handheld showerhead, sink, and hair dryer.



OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.



BALCONY: umbrella, one bench, two chairs, and a table.



NOTE: Renovation work on the building has been completed. There is NO noise, but common areas, such as the building’s entrance hall, may not be in optimal condition.



The apartment is located in the heart of Rome, a 2-minute walk from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums. Its proximity to the Vittorio Emanuele metro station—a 3-minute walk away—makes the apartment the ideal choice for conveniently visiting the city’s main attractions on foot or via public transport.

If you’re travelling by car, you can park for a fee on the street or at the International Car Service (a 1-minute walk away). The apartment is not located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL).



Guest access

The entire home is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Please note that check-in times must be arranged directly with the property and incur an additional fee as follows:

between 9:00 PM and midnight >> €30

between midnight and 1:00 AM >> €40



Check-ins after 1:00 AM cannot be arranged



7 days beforearrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.
