The apartment is located on the second floor and half (third floor USA standard) ,with no elevator, of a quiet building surrounded by greenery and overlooks a large shared garden, which is ideal for relaxing outdoors or letting kids play safely. The apartment features an entrance, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a smart TV with Netflix, a dining table, and chairs. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and juicer.
