She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! The unit was clean and we were able to do laundry regularly during our visit which was a huge bonus. We didn't realize how far out of the city it was until we went there, but that was because we didn't read the description carefully. I was traveling alone and they went out of their way to help me with transportation, advice on what sites to see, directions, and even came over to help me with my Italian SIM card that I couldn't figure out. Every time I reached out they were extremely responsive. The apartment was clean, quiet, and an excellent value for the price. It felt like a home away from home. Lella was even kind enough to leave coffee and local cookies and snacks upon arrival.
