This modernly renovated flat covers the second floor of a historic building in the "Parione", one of the most ancient and characteristic district of
historical Rome with its magnificent Piazza Navona and Castel Sant'Angelo dei Fiori.

Fantastic NEW apartment in the heart of Navona square, two large double bedrooms, one single room, kitchen and living room with sofa bed, and two full bathrooms.

The apartment is located in the heart of Roman life, surrounded by the typical Roman shops. Ideal to discover all the most typical of Rome!

Rules:

WE ARE NOT A HOTEL WITH A CONCIERGE ALWAYS AVAILABLE, PLEASE NOTIFY IN ADVANCE WITH YOUR ARRIVAL TIME

1) From October 1st 2023 the municipality of Rome introduces a mandatory tourist tax of €6 per person per night in cash
2) Late check-in after 8PM = €25 in cash
3) Evening check-in after 11PM = €50 in cash
4) Night check-in after 1AM = €75 in cash
4) Missed agreed check-in time = €30 in cash
5) Missed notify in case of delay = €30 in cash
6) Use whats-app to communicate with our check-in staff
7) Without cash on arrival it will not be possible to access the apartment, the cost of extras cannot be left at check-out
8) If our staff has to return to the apartment a second time because you do not have cash upon arrival, you will pay a supplement of €20
9) We provide a welcome kit for each guest, we do not restock or clean the apartments every day

The apartment was very centrally located - excellent spot ! We really appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms as well. Overall we had a good stay here. The one issue we had was the cleanliness when we arrived. One of the bathrooms was quite dirty and there was garbage piled up along the entrance hallway our entire visit, which made getting in and out challenging (although that may be a separate building issue) We would stay here again.

Very nice accommodations. Enjoyed the history being kept with the modern decor. The spiral staircase came as a shock with the amount of luggage we had.

Lovely! Clean, comfortable, great location. We walked everywhere and there were a couple of bus stops nearby, too. Close to sites, wonderful restaurants, a couple of small grocery shops. We also appreciated the air conditioning and laundry that was available in the unit. Check-in was easy as was check-out. Thank you to the host as well for arranging an early ride to the airport. We’d stay here again!

Very comfortable apartment in an ideal location, quiet neighborhood but easily walkable to sights and dining. Host communication was great and everything we needed was provided. There are 3 flights of steep stairs to the apartment so guests must be able to climb.

Pleasant stay close to all the attractions

We had a great stay as it is in the heart of the historic part of Rome. Almost all the attractions are a short walk away so you sightsee in the morning, relax at that apartment in afternoon and head out again for evening. The apartment is surrounded with eateries, pizza places and gelatariws.

Trip to Rome

The neighborhood is fantastic and the apartment is walking distance to just about everything we wanted to see. We had plenty of room for a family of four and the check in process was seamless. We will definitely come back!

Perfect flat in one of the best neighborhoods in Rome

This flat was absolutely perfect for our group of five visiting Rome for a few days. It is located in the perfect neighborhood with so many shops, bars, restaurants, and attractions starting just steps from the door. Has all of the amenities you could want for what is likely going to be the limited time you want to spend indoors for your stay.

Great apartment in a great location. The stairs to get up to the apartment are very steep and a little tricky with luggage, but otherwise perfect for my family’s stay!!

A fantastic location from which to explore the City - the apartment was down a quiet lane so was remarkably peaceful. The apartment itself was compact and comfortable. It had all we needed. Would recommend.

The check in process was very easy and great communication - helping organizing transportation to/from the airport. Walking distance to the trevi fountain and the Pantheon. The apartment is in a lively area so close to restaurants and bars.

Spacious two bathroom apartment

Location enables walking to fruit market, grocery stores, restaurants. Even better is nearness of Paintings inside three cathedrals. A quiet street perfect for getting to the classic tourist sites. A good place for five fit adults to relax, cook, eat, sleep, tourist shop and take tourist photos. Has a good property manager.

We just left Rome, and we loved this place. Great location, and an ever better neighborhood. There are amazing restaurants steps for the door, in almost every direction. My only complaint is that the city lights on the street are not working, so its quite dark, other than that - its the perfect place

Location..location..location

Fabrizio was great. Easy to communicate with. Arranged transport from the airport. Met representative at the appartment and received keys, instructions and tips about local restaurants. Location is amazing. Most historic sites within a short walk. Right between Vatican and Pantheon/Navona/Trevi… huge plus is a Taxi stand a block away, for those who want to limit walking to sites a bit further away, like Colloseum/Forum. Great overall

Terrible stairs

Quite near to the centre. Surrounded with good eating places. Modern but getting a bit tired. Comfortable beds. The single bedroom smelled of drains.Our apartment was on the second floor accessed by a steep spiral staircase unsuitable for children, carrying heavy bags or anyone with a bad back or mobility problems.A lot of fines for behaviour they don't like. It said on-line that if we turned up without cash to pay the city tax we wouldn't be allowed in.There should be a warning on line about the stairs.
