On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area with a marble table, and a bright living room furnished with a curated selection of design pieces and antiques. A striking skylight brings natural light into the living area, highlighting the spacious layout and refined atmosphere.

This level also includes a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, designed for accessibility.

The lower level features a leisure area with a private pool table and a fully equipped laundry room, offering additional space for relaxation and convenience.

The upper floor hosts three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Two rooms offer queen-size beds, while the master suite features a distinctive round king-size bed. Awesome location and such a great apartment! It was even better than the pictures. Plenty of space with a great rooftop to relax at. Would highly recommend given the proximity of trevi fountain!
