Nice Pied à terre in the heart of Trastevere, great position to visit all the main places of interest in the city, on foot you can reach the Vatican, Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Campo de Fiori.

The house is entirely at the guests' disposal.

Free Wi Fi in the entire facility. We ask our guests to leave the rooms of the apartment free of trash bags and dirty dishes. IMPORTANT: There is an extra charge to be paid in person at the delivery of the key: 30.00 LATE CHECK IN (only in case of check in after 9 p.m and precisely from 9 p.m to 12 a.m with an extra of 10.00 for each hour or fraction of an hour after 12 a.m). 50.00 (in the event of a night emergency for stolen keys or for other reasons that require our presence). We remind our kind guests that they need to pay the city taxes of the municipality of Rome, which amounts to 3.50 per person per day (for a maximum of 10 consecutive days). Children under the age of ten don't pay the tax.

IMPORTANT: Tourist accommodation tax (compulsory): 3.50 euro per person per night up to a maximum of ten days. Children under 10 years are exempt. It will be collected at your arrival. Perfect apartment in a perfect location

We only had 24 hours in Rome, so location was everything for us. We were able to easily access everything we aimed to see during our whirlwind vacation and were thrilled with the local restaurants and vibe. The apartment itself was super clean and the communication was helpful, friendly and fast. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location

Well placed to access Trastevere and many of the main central Rome sites, yet in a quiet side street so no issues with noise. Comfortable size for two. Would hire again
