These are three beautiful and brand new apartments, all recently renovated with quality materials, belonging to the luxury category. They can accommodate up to 18 people. The three apartments are called: \-INDUSTRY: 1 bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. (Red) \-MINIMAL: 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. (Black and white) \-CLASSY: 3 double bedrooms, one with private bathroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. (Blue and beige) This ad refers to MINIMAL + INDUSTRY + CLASSY apartments. In a late-deco building, located in a quiet and central street of the city, we find three types of apartments, in line with the latest trend of international tourist demand. Two units (Classy + Industry) have a private entrance accessed through an external gate, while a third is accessed from the main entrance of the building. A) The apartments are located in a very strategic position. They are almost equidistant from all the main places of the city (see map of Rome), which gives the tourist who spends a few days of vacation the opportunity to plan his daily trip. The Lepanto metro station is located 200 meters from the apartments and provides simple, short and fast connections (no more than 2 stops) from the city center and all the most important and famous historical sites. It was a wonderful stay. The apartments were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The location was great. Our family walked everywhere, except for one day when it was late and we took the metro home from the Colosseum. There is a nice coffee and snack bar right on the corker (Bar Alimentary) and a grocery store less than a block away (Todis), so everything was very easy and convenient. The nearest metro station was not far away. Otherwise very quiet location. The shuttle service to and from the airport was punctual and had a good solution for us despite a delayed piece of luggage. The three apartments were fabulous, and we were treated like family! The welcoming fruit and drinks were a big surprise, and greatly appreciated. The apartments were spacious, very clean, and in a great location. We were able to walk to the Vatican for Sunday mass and the Pope's audience; a real plus for my family. The market around the block was so convenient for food pick-ups and the neighborhood restaurants were very good. What a plus it was to have a washing machine in each of the three apartments, especially with four children traveling with us. My entire family had a terrific vacation! Thank you so much for attending to every detail of our trip, especially the airport pick-ups and drop-offs; Danielle was great! I will definitely recommend this property to family and friends! The decor is minimal and tasteful, yet cozy and homey. Everything was comfortable and clean, it felt secure and secluded enough to get good night's rest but close enough to the main points of interests. Our hosts were great and offered good recommendations on where and how to go and where to eat. We even got a nice discount and special treatment at a restaurant (and a nice one!) by just mentioning their name! If you're looking for a comfortable, quiet, family friendly and hip place to stay in Rome, we highly recommend this place! ##### robert c. Modern, spacious, clean, airy and so centrally located! Practically within walking distance to everything that you need, including the Metro. We received a warm welcome from Fabrizio. The time spent there was truly amazing. We would highly recommend this host to anyone who wants to have a fabulous time in Rome. Fabrizio's apartments accommodated all 12 of us and fit all of our needs. It can be very difficult trying to accommodate 12 people as they had so many questions and requests. Fabrizio went above and beyond guaranteeing that we had an amazing stay. The apartments are close to the Vatican and in walking distance of the market and restaurants. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Fabrizio also had excellent communication and was a fantastic host. ##### Talia C. They are all beautifully decorated and furnished. The AC worked well and there is also a nice fenced courtyard. The location is great. It is close to the Vatican and the Piazza de Popolo. There is also a metro station a block away, so it is easy to get to other areas like the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. We arrived in Rome several hours before check in, but the owner, Fabrezio, allowed us to go ahead and leave our luggage while the unit was being cleaned.
