The location was very good. Hotel had disabled accessible (one of my group was in a wheelchair). Our rooms were spacious and kept very clean. Bathroom well equipped and good shower. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast even better than expected.

Generally a good stay at this hotel as the location as very convenient and near the metro station. However the wifi connection and cellular signal was very weak at certain times which made connectivity a challenge.

Can’t rate this place higher. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is unbelievable. The area is right at the top of the Spanish steps so it is so close to everything. Facilities all worked really well and the room was spotless. The room was also really spacious. Especially for the price this place is amazing

The stay was absolutely brilliant at the Code hotel and I would recommend it to any one traveling to Rome. The staff were so helpful, the room was brilliant, plus the hotel is a 3 minute walk from the Spanish steps and a 10 minute walk from the trevi fountain !! Me and my mate only stayed for a few nights, but we wished we stayed longer. 10/10 Hotel and will we staying again in due course :)

Great location! Quick walk to Spanish Steps, lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby. Hotel staff were friendly and provided great recommendations of places to eat and assisted with making restaurant reservations. Would recommend.

The room and bathroom are very clean and nice. All the staff at the reception area including the the food servers all did an excellent job. They were all very-courteous and accommodating. I give them an A for customer service. Very convenient, since most of the scenic sites are nearby including the shopping areas, restaurants and it only takes 5 min to walk to the train station.

Location is perfect. Metro right there but stil quiet and peacefull street right above the spanish steps. Hotel is clean and elegant and if a limited breakfast is enough then its perfect.

Good location, but lacks in many areas, friendly and helpful staff. Was given a handicap room, and as a result of this, slipped in the bathroom and hurts myself as the shower has no walls and the water goes everywhere. Very dangerous. Rooms are small, and an inch of dust under the bed. The sheets had a sticker in them also. The cab driver tried to rip us off by trying to charge us a metered fare when you have a special flat rate to the airport of $50 Euros. Charge $60 and collect an e tra $10 dollars. We had none of rhat and paid $50. Overall, your hotel does not atand up to code and is nothing to write home about. I will not be referring your hotel.

On the plus side, the hotel is well located, just steps from the top of the Spanish Steps, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was dark, with insufficient lighting and no light from outside since we had windows only to an inside airshaft. There were dirty dishes left in the room from the previous guests, the door was extremely hard to close, and the narrow halls outside our room were frequently crowded with housekeeping carts piled with dirty laundry. Breakfast was also pretty bad - limited choices, stale baked goods, and runny scrambled eggs. This hotel has potential, but it needs some upgrades and a lot of effort to get there.

Location of the Hotel was the best. A small street with great architectural character , but what else would you expect in Rome. The outside cafe was a definite plus to have a glass of wine and a wonder full dinner after walking all day in the City. This was my second time at the Code Hotel.

Enjoyable family trip to Rome
We had a great stay at the code hotel in Rome. My partner asked me to marry him on the roof terrace! We will come back for sure. This was part of a month long trip to Italy for our family summer holiday. The room was lovely, very comfortable, the spa bath in our room was a highlight. Some things which could be improved- breakfast was inconsistent, every day things were in different places for example. Some of the staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful, others were exasperated and made us feel like an inconvenience. The location was perfect! Close to the Spanish steps and trevi fountain. It would be fantastic if there was a kettle in the room to make tea and coffee but that’s not usual in Italy. Even just glasses to drink from instead of plastic glasses. Overall, we loved staying here! We loved Rome, would recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and the dining room. We asked for extra towels and they were give to us within minutes. The staff at the front desk assisted us to navigate our way to local hostorical sites. They were patienty and knowledgable. Similarly, the staff in the dining room were so welcoming each morning; a wonderful way to start the day.

Friendly staff, great location!
Friendly staff, great location close to the Spanish Steps and the Aircon worked well in the Rome heat. Only downside was that the choices on TV were very limited and the software they have to stream TV content is user-unfriendly! We would stay there again though!

The location was prefect and the hotel decor was very nice. Number of the hotel staff was uninformed and were not helpful. The hotel stated that they had a restaurant and did not. They had a SPA but no one was attending it and there were no prices or a selection of SPA treatment available.The bar was only open until 9 or 10 pm but had no cover to protect the guest from the rain and the lights and air condition in the bar went off when the rain was heavy.

This place is fantastic. It is literally a two minute walk from the Spanish steps, maybe half mile from Trevi… lots of things to see and do and eat. This was the ideal place for a couple nights in Rome.
