Si accede da una stradina privata, con cancello automatico e parcheggio riservato. Entrando, ti accoglie un giardino arredato, perfetto per colazioni lente o serate con il barbecue.  
  
All’interno, il loft unisce materiali caldi e linee essenziali: cucina attrezzata, zona giorno con maxi TV e divano letto, bagno con ampia doccia in pietra. Al piano superiore, una camera king size con cabina armadio e scrivania. È il punto ideale per chi arriva in auto e vuole poi esplorare la città in bici, a piedi o con il bus 218\.
