No English instructions or manual. The safe was locked shut and we’re told to check the manual (which described where to find the safe in Italian but no way to reset it) Enough basic supplies for a 2 day stay but we were there for 5 and no communication from them once we were checked in. There is a washer/ dryer but bring your own soap.
