Located at Palazzo Ginnasi, walking distance to all major attractions of Rome, this sunny and cozy attic is located at the 6th floor with elevator, and consists in a studio with a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom, wifi internet connection and sattelite tv.

Ideal for 2 people, the best part is the 60 sqm private terrace, equipped with deckchairs and separate dining area, always sunny with panoramic views of the historic center of Rome, for an unforgettable stay.

The Palazzo has a Doorman for any assistance or questions, a courtyard, a fountain attributed to Bernini with an early-period column, and the family Chapel. The lift goes directly to the terrace floor. This mini-penhouse overlooks the ancient Church of Ara Coeli, the Campidoglio (city hall) and the monument to Vittorio Emanuele III (also known as the wedding cake) in Piazza Venezia, as well as the Church of the Gesù, among other views.

We enjoyed being close enough to walk to many sites, including Colosseum, many ancient ruins along the way, walked to St. Peter’s Basilica, the Flower market and the Pantheon. Cab stand is nearby if preferred - that worked out for when we had to leave on the train. Good restaurants and a listing in room of good places to eat that locals enjoy, all over the city. We went to many of them. Down side, check in was a challenge at first - one of the keys worked in a door that was not the right stairway once on the terrace. There was video instruction but was long and a bit confusing with many keys, when you just want to get to the room. One night the water was cold in shower and they blamed it on govt. But otherwise we liked the place.
