The apt is in a strategic position to reach all main historical attractions with a pleasant walk in Rome center streets and alleys: 5 mins walk to Spanish Steps, to Via Frattina and Via dei Condotti (famous shopping streets) and Barberini Square 7 mins walk to Fontana di Trevi 15 mins walk to Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia, Imperial fora 30 mins walk to St. Peter This elegantly furnished apartment is ideal for those looking for a comfortable, relaxing and cosy location to easily visit all the attractions of Rome historic center. Very comfortable, can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom convertible into a double one. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom (all with shower) and a TV. The living room has an open kitchen and the dining table. The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV, autonomous air conditioning, autonomous heating, hair dryer, induction cookers, coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, oven, washer-dryer machine and dishwashing machine. The apartment is 85sqm, on the building's fourth and last floor and is reachable by elevator. The nearest metro station "Barberini" is just 5 minutes walk away. The nearest paid private car park is in Via Ludovisi 60 (3 mins walk). Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Let us know if you need help or advice on: \- Private taxi from/to airports, train stations and Civitavecchia harbor. \- Private guided tours to archeology sites or museums. \- Rome private custom sightseeing tour in a golf cart. \- Cooking class and home dinner with the chef. As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian. For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 180 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM. Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight. The only downside was that the dryer did not work well (tried to reduce washload, etc, but did not dry), and the dishwasher remained unservicable. From the minute we stepped into the apartment, greeted by Silvia, we knew we made the right choice. The hosts were in constant communication with us, and very upfront about all fees due. They made arrangements for a van service to get us to the airport on our final day and answered any questions that we had. The apartment has three full bedrooms, each with a bath very spacious; a good size kitchen and nice living room/dining room area. We were on holiday with our 2 adult children. Great location for walks, shops and other tourist attractions. Donatella is a great host and her property is beautiful. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool as it was a bit cool for us to jump into. We were thee the last week of May. A nice bonus was they had instructions to the washer/dryer combo in English. Also the instructions and recommendations book was helpful. Location was awesome.
