It is a little far from the city center so be prepared to take transportation or to pay for taxis. It’s close to the colosseum but we spent a good amount on transportation to other city spots. However I can’t stress this enough this place feels local the neighborhood had a lot of cute spots we would not have found otherwise. We highly recommend the wine bar/ cafe on the corner they were so helpful! Location couldn’t have been much better. Traveling with my kids and this was a great property to stage our Rome adventures out of. We spent our time in the old part of Rome near the Colosseum and forum but given the metro stations nearby can easily explore anywhere in the city. The property has all the essentials.
