Seminar 87_an artist house at Pantheon

  • Seminar 87 is a perfect solution for those looking for a modern, perfectly functional house in the center of Rome: the Pantheon. The house is 180sqm and is located on the 1st floor of a historic building with an elevator. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which have an ensuite bathroom and a large living room (40sqm) with a sofa bed. One of the 3 rooms is located above a mezzanine (20sqm), has two single beds that can be joined together and has an ensuite bathroom with tub. Guests have access to all the services present in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary from the Nespresso machine to make coffee in the microwave oven and the dishwasher. In the apartment you will also find an iron and a washing machine. I live a few minutes from the apartment and I am at your disposal for any eventuality. You can contact me by phone or text message and I will help you better plan your stay in Rome. The house is equipped with Netflix, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

This flat is in the perfect location with in walking distance to all monuments, grocery store and taxi stand. Perfect for group of three couples. Super clean, great communication from host with recommendations of shops and restaurants around was helpful. Definitely recommend!

Very cool place! LOVED!

Was greeted as soon as we walked up to the door. He was wonderfully, made sure we got a full walk-through of the place. And let us know if we need anything that we could reach out. They also help to set up transportation that picked us up from the airport and brought us back to it. Would stay here again!

Fantastic place to stay in Rome

This apartment is perfect for a large family or two or three groups. The location is perfect for restaurants, cafes, shops and all the scenic experiences. Can’t rate this apartment highly enough. Aurelia and Alessandro were quick in their responses and communication. A real pleasure to stay in your apartment.

Great Stay

We had a great time at Seminar 87 and would recommend to anybody. It is extremely well-located (right next to the Pantheon) so many things were walkable for us. It is also located very close to a primary bus stop for those trips a little further than you want to walk. The location itself is decorated well with an obvious artistic flair that we all found interesting. There is plenty of space and the AC in each bedroom was a necessity.

Short stay near the Pantheon

The apartment was nice, the location was great right next to the Pantheon. We were able to use the elevator for my 76 year old father who has mobility issues. The hosts were fantastic helpful in every way we were able to book transfers from the airport to the apartment as well as to the Termini station for 4 adults with luggage. Everything was as advertised we enjoyed the beautiful art in the apartment. We would absolutely stay here again! There was a bit of street noise but the hosts had it covered with ear plugs!

Convenient location

Location is excellent and just steps away from the Pantheon. Literally. The rooms are large and clean but the decor is stark. What it lacks in luxury is made up by its convenient location. It is very, very loud at night until around 2 am. Bring your best earplugs. The host is wonderful and responsive.

We were VRBO owners and have rented via VRBO since at least 2015. This is the only home that I have no / zero recommendations. 😊 Usually I DM the owner separately with fixes, nice to haves, or changes to the listing. Not this one. It was super clean. Great location by the Pantheon. Great authentic decor. The hustle and clatter of people on the street below was perfect for people watching. Great food nearby. Great cafes nearby. We’ll equipped kitchen. Appropriate price. The host and hostess are the owners which reflects their care and concern and concern. We only needed to know where to buy additional coffee pods! 😂 Perfect place. We will stay there again.
