Located on the ground floor—accessible by lift or stairs—of a building just a short walk from the Basilica of St. John Lateran and only a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums, the apartment is the ideal choice for visiting the main attractions comfortably on foot or via public transport.

Street parking is available for a fee (no restricted traffic zone).



The interior layout is as follows:

-BEDROOM 1: double bed, split-system A/C, closet, and two armchairs

-BEDROOM 2: two single beds, split-system A/C, coat rack, and small chest of drawers.

-LIVING AREA: sofa, dining table, smart TV.

-KITCHENETTE: induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, and moka pot. Access to the small balcony.

-BATHROOM: shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: air conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



The apartment is located just a short walk from Piazza San Giovanni and the Basilica of the same name, in one of the most beautiful and characteristic areas of the city centre. Strolling through the area, you can admire Renaissance palaces, the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, and the Scala Santa.



-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini Station, where you can take the Metro to the Manzoni stop, a 5-minute walk away, or, alternatively, Line 16 to the Merulana/S. Giovanni stop, a 1-minute walk away.



-From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the shuttle service to Roma Termini Station, where you can take the Metro to the Manzoni stop, a 5-minute walk away, or, alternatively, bus line 16 to the Merulana/S. Giovanni, a 1-minute walk away.

If you’re travelling by car, you can find paid street parking (blue lines). The property is not located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Alternatively, you can park (for a fee) at the Super Garage Metronio at Via dell’Amba Aradam 31a, a 7-minute walk away.



The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.
