With 70 square metres of space, it comfortably accommodates four people, featuring one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and two full bathrooms.



The San Giovanni metro station is 260 metres from the apartment.

Cultural attractions such as the Basilica of San Giovanni, the Scala Santa, and Santa Croce are within walking distance.



The interior is laid out as follows:

- From Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Fiumicino, you can reach the apartment by taking the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini, where you can then take bus No. 64 towards “Stazione San Pietro” to the “Crocifisso/Porta Fabbrica” stop (16 stops), which is a 2-minute walk from the property.



- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach Roma Termini Station via the shuttle bus service. From there, take bus No. 64 towards “Stazione San Pietro” to the “Crocifisso/Porta Fabbrica” stop (16 stops), which is a 2-minute walk from the property.



- From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus No. 64 towards “Stazione San Pietro” to the “Crocifisso/Porta Fabbrica” stop (16 stops), a 2-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take a regional train, such as train 12514 to Civitavecchia or train 4500 to Grosseto, getting off at “Stazione San Pietro,” a 5-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re travelling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL).

You will be contacted a few days before your arrival by our on-site team, who will provide you with more details about your check-in.



7 days beforearrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
