APARTMENT WITH ROOF TERRACE! Bright and lovely apartment with roof terrace. In the heart of the historic center of Rome near Piazza Navona and Pantheon, equipped with free wi-fi and air conditioning.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a historical building dated back to ‘600, with no lift. It can accomodate up to 5 people. The apartment has a living area with sofa convertible to a double bed, a small fully equipped kitchen, a wide bathroom with shower, a bright double bedroom with vaulted ceiling with frescos and a small single room. From the living room you can access to a roof terrace where you can admire the typical roman red roofs and enjoy a rich breakfast under the sun!

The apartment has another small terrace near the single room.

Beautiful apartment

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious and clean. The location is great. Right across from the beach and walkable to cafes, Old Nice and The Castel hike with the waterfall and beautiful views.

Great location word of caution

Wonderful location. We walked to all the key places and enjoyed the food and vibe of Navona Square. Near a supermarket and many excellent restaurants. Walks were 25-35 minutes through interesting small streets. Felt very safe.Apartment is funky, lovely patios (3!), small kitchen.Downside is 83 steps of stairs and no elevator not easy with luggage.

Perfect stay in Rome!

The apartment was perfectly located: 5 minutes walk to Piazza Navona, 10 to the pantheon, Vatican, Castel St Angelo and the Trevi Fountain. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance. The apartment was just as shown. Communication was excellent and we would recommend the car service to and from the airport, a little bit more expensive but very reliable. Overall we had the most wonderful 4 days and would highly recommend this accommodation - even the steps to the apartment wouldn’t put us off! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Place

Great communication with checkin and answered many of my questions. Easy check in and out procedure. Clean apartment with multiple outside spaces, generous bathroom with wash. A Quiet Respite

I learned to appreciate the quiet neighbor where our roof to apartment was located. We were walking distance to every attraction and historical site. Plus just a few doors away were every convenience. My favorite part of the spacious apartment was the roof top terrace.

Great location

The location of this apartment is perfect. I was also very roomy and it was nice having the three outdoor patios. It was up on the fourth floor, but the patios are worth it. There is a long hallway from the kitchen/living room to the bedroom. The a/c worked great and the place was very clean. Overall had an amazing stay.

Great place!

The property was great. A/C was on and cooling at arrival. We needed it after a day in Rome and the walk up the stairs at the flat. The balcony was so nice for a drink after a long day. Quiet and comfy bed. Excellent water pressure for the shower. Filippo left us excellent suggestions for dinner. GREAT place to stay for 4.

Great location, comfortable space

The location was awesome for touring the city. There are a lot of hallways. The living room was comfortable for hanging out in the evenings/mornings. Staff were communicative when we had appliance questions. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. Maybe add a curtain to the hallway bed space for a tiny bit of privacy. Thank you!

First trip in Roma, not the last !

What a chance we had to book this flat with a sympatic rooftop. Everything was as described and expected. The procedure to Book and for the check-in and check-out was very easy with the staff in charge who done their best to gave us their better advices. You can access to all the main monuments by walking. We will come back for more nights next Time 😉

The perfect place for us...

Roof Terrace Dell'Orso Navona Square was the perfect place to call home base for our trip to Rome. Our host greeted us and gave us a tour of the place, pointing out things that may be different than what we're used to. He was also very responsive with any follow up questions that we had. We were able walk to every place we wanted to visit, with plenty of restaurant, and grocery options close by. As a family we appreciated having the space to spread out in the apartment and enjoy morning coffees on the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Little joy

I stayed here with my mum who is 75. The stairs were a little challenging each day but she is in good health but her knees can get sore so if we had been walking lots or particularly on the day we walk up St Peter’s the climb home was a challenge but she managed it. The joy was the roof top terrace. It made the climb up the stairs worth it. Having the natural light and outdoor space was refreshing even in winter. My mum is very outdoorsy and has a garden and chickens at home . We had been in quite closed off apartments in Florence and bologna so this was very peaceful for us.

Steep steps to spacious retreat

What a relief to arrive to the air conditioning after a long walk from train station followed by a few flights of stairs up. The place is mostly functional and nicely decorated. Note that a few doorways are low so tall people have to duck head down. We had to manage electrical usage because of circuit breaker popping. Understandable given the age of the building and area. For example can’t use clothes washer at same time as both a/c units. But they forewarned us and gave guidance on the remedy. Quiet street but still fairly close to several sights.

Excellent location

My family of four enjoyed our stay here. Pros: location, location, location. It is central to all the places to see in Rome and we walked everywhere. Great, quiet little street. The bedroom has tall ceilings, it’s huge and has its own AC unit. There is a nice little veranda to have coffee in morning or wine at night. The communication was great and they were very accommodating to our hour early arrival. Cons: there are 83 stairs to the apartment—not too difficult for those who are in pretty good shape., but might be difficult if there are any health or mobility issues. There are only two AC units. There is a twin bed in a hallway leading to the bedroom that is unusable in the summer due to the heat and no AC. The kitchen is very small—we didn’t really use it except to make sandwiches or coffee. Think a very small walk in closet. Overall we really enjoyed our little apartment in Rome!
