Comfortable 60 sqm apartment for 3 people, located on the fifth floor of a period building, renovated and equipped with a lift (not suitable for disabled people).  
  
It consists of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom.  
  
It is located 700 meters from the San Lorenzo district and 500 meters on foot from Rome Termini station: the apartment is the ideal solution for visiting the city on foot and thanks to public transport.

\- BEDROOM with double bed (1.60x1.90 m) and large wardrobe;  
  
\- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet, washing machine and WC;  
  
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wifi, independent heating with thermostat, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before arrival.
