It was great!
Lodging in a safe, quiet, upscale part of town that’s a few minutes walk from coffee places and restaurants. Easy to walk to the Trevi Fountain…
Olivia is very kind and easy to work with.
The price for three night’s stay was a steal!
The low down:
Italian key holes are particular and so is the lock! One key to open up the front door, one key to enter the duplex, and finally, one key to enter your lodging. After that was mastered, things go mostly smoothly.
The steps are worn down in the center and they slope downwards. The room is on the second floor and while you can take an elevator up to the first floor, you get to carefully walk to the second floor using the hand rails.
Plumbing is great…the ceilings are 15+ feet up in the room and then the bathroom shower and toilet area has a lower ceiling..It was a hassle for my six feet tall husband and 6’3” son. The corner of the water heating unit juts out…the shower area has a ledge overhead…
For the money, it was great to be in such a nice neighborhood. There’s also two stove tops and the small kitchen had a sink, utensils, pots/pans, and plates/bowls.
Suggested items would include a shower caddy, to prevent less bending up and down in a small shower, a kitchen sponge to clean the dishes, and more hangers, towel racks please.
