Great service! Pasquale was very flexible and accommodating. I accidently mixed up my date of arrival and arrived a day early. Pasquale was able to organose transfer and extra night stay hassle free. He also helped with getting us skip the line tickets to vatican at short notice. He he very friendly and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation for staying in Rome.

During our month long western European vacation we stayed at 6 other bed and breakfasts and although breakfast was not provided this was by far the BEST! Not only because of its reasonable price and excellent location but also advise and kindness shown by the owner/manager. Many thanks for a wonderful 8 night stay.

Pasquale was an exceptional host. The apartment condition was good, the cleanliness was on point. This apartment is located on a very walkable area. The only negative would be there was a power outage for a few hours on a super hot day. Thankfully it was restored that same day.

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! It’s not clear what you’re getting from their ad. This is someone’s apartment with several bedrooms and guests. THE BATHROOM IS ON THE HALLWAY AND SMELLS LIKE MOLD. We have to pass other rooms to get to the bathroom. We have to pass through scary rundown courtyard and dark unkempt stairwell to get to 3rd floor. There’s no security or front desk. You open your door with your phone and the internet. I expected a Hotel and I got an apartment. I’m not happy. They should advertise it for what it is- as an apartment.

The location was great. It’s just a few minutes walk away from the Vatican. There’s lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby and it’s very near the Metro train station.Quo Vadis staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not enough beds for 5 guests, air conditioning didn’t work (windows have to be open and there’s lots of street noise throughout the night), no breakfast despite being advertised as B&B, basin leaking, shower broken, toilet seat broken, bathroom not clean.

Good morning William as my previous messages and as you knew the bedroom booked was a QUADRUPLE ROOM it means for 4 people. I don't know why you pretended to find 5 beds into a quadruple room. It would have been enough booking another type of room. About air conditioner i'm sorry but ONLY YOU complain about that considering other clients hosted in the same room before and after you. And the shower before your arrival worked as everything in the room. Anyway I think your reviews has been made just because when you arrived in the night didn't find 5 beds. The property has a great location since Vatican City was right behind it but it had the following problems: 1. Our room was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait while they cleaned the room which put us off since we had taken a long and early flight and were looking forward to resting 2. The room was unclean after it was ready. The towels provided had strands of hair in it, the blankets were dusty and the cups provided were dirty 3. They did not have basic toiletries provided and the hair dryer did not work. Had steam coming out of it and it stopped. The host was kind enough to replace the hair dryer 4. On our last night there was no hot water. When we called the host to let them know about it, they mentioned that it was not possible and asked us to wait. After that he did not pick our calls up and the water continued to remain cold next day as well. 5. We had to ask them multiple times to clean our room. Despite requesting to clean our room, there was miscommunication between the host and the cleaning person and we had to come back to a dirty room and request again. 6. The elevator is extremely small and we have to always climb up or down the stairs to access the elevator. This is extremely difficult when you are lugging around suitcases. Because of all these reasons we will not be visiting the place again, despite the location. I am sure there are better places to stay around the area.

Amazing location over looking Vatican City. 5 min walk to Saint Peters Square and the metro. Can also walk to most of the main attraction from here- Pantheon and Colosseum. Perfect for a short stay.

Low standard dirty place
Due to late arrival we have been moved to a different place than the one booked originally. This place is a joke, not clean, no hand towel, no coffee or tea, bed sheets dirty, duvet cover had holes from cigarette burns. This place should not be even allowed to be rented as its below minimum standard levels. Communication with host was fast, except the fact that that we were informed last minute that we are staying at another place than the one booked, even so it was mentioned weeks before that our arrival is after the provided hours. Just don't book this place as its very low standards and dirty. STAY AWAY.

I was disappointed with the Room. We walked into a very small dated room. Very old decor. We found a black scorpion when we arrived. The property manager killed it. The bathroom sink and shower was clogged. I would never stay there again. The manager was nice and helpful.

Pasquale was a great host. We felt like family. He answered our questions and more. Check in and check out were both a breeze. Location is amazing. Accessible to everything . Vatican City can be seen from our window. Location is convenient ang great if it is your first time in Rome.

It’s a really good location in Rome a pair of minutes away from the a Vatican City. Due to COVID they said they couldn’t clean out rooms unless we paid 25€ extra which was a bit surprising. They also only gave us a small hand soap and when I asked for sopa or shampoo they said that’s the one so hand sopa for everything. Room was a bit dusty when we received it. Staff seemed nice though

A little home in Rome
The room was incredibly comfortable and clean. There was hot water AND good water pressure. Pasquale was incredibly helpful and responsive trough the whole process. The neighborhood is perfectly adorable (just outside of tourist reach even if it is next to a Vatican wall) and safe. It didn't bother me but the walls are pretty thin so sometimes you could hear others talking but no one was disrespectful during sleeping hours. I would 100% stay here again!

Don't be fool, this is not hotel at all. This is old apartment building converted in to rooms to rent out. The condition of rooms are terrible nothing like the picture. Old windows with chopped off wood, the toilet seat is coming off every time u use bathroom. We stay at this place for 5 nights, they never change the sheet, or gave us a new towel. Never cleaned the room during our stay. The only pro for this place is location.

Good quality for its price
Great location, just a few steps from the Vatican and a lot a of cool bars and restaurants around. It is located on a quiet street in a lively neighborhood. The room was cozy, with pretty much everything you might need and Pasquale was very friendly, gave us good advice and was available if needed. We would definitely choose it again.

The location and character of the building was outstanding, as it was right next to Vatican City. The property also had a room for four people which is difficult to find in Europe and was at a great price.

Great Location...if you don't mind all the bells
It's old Italy...right across the street from the Sistine Chapel. My husband and I have stayed there and I took my granddaughter to share those memories. Make sure you let them know when you are arriving so they will be there to greet you. They also provide transportation to and from the airport.
