Il quartiere è molto vivo a tutte le ore, trattandosi di una zona multietnica trovi un mix di turisti e di persone di tutte le nazionalità oltre che a negozi e ristoranti di ogni tipo. Il palazzo dove si trova l'affittacamere, attenzione non è un b&b è un po' retrò ma le costruzioni di quella zona sono un po' tutte così. Si trova al quinto piano quindi quando L'ascensore non funziona c'è da faticare un po',. Le camere sono molto pulite l'arredamento è Basic però la stanza come base di partenza per farsi una doccia e per dormire va più che bene. Il personale è presente soltanto per il check-in e comunque si è dimostrato disponibile e gentile.
