PENTHOUSE WITH VIEW NEAR THE COLOSSEUM

The apartment overlooking the Colosseum and Roman Forum is on the 5th floor of a beautiful 1800 building with elevator in the heart of the lively Monti neighborhood. In the apartment there is a living room with a dining set, a sofa and a double sofa-bed 140x200 cm, a room with a European king bed 160x200 cm, another room with a double bed 140x200 cm, a little room with a single bed 80x200 cm, kitchen, two bathrooms (with washbasin, toilet, bidet, bathtub/shower, hairdryer).

The apartment is equipped with autonomous heating and hot water system, heating and cooling air conditioning system, fiber optic ethernet network, Wi-Fi, television with Fire Stick, washing machine, iron. From the balcony, with two small tables and four chairs you can enjoy beautiful sunsets facing towards the Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine, the church of S. Francesca Romana, the basilica of Maxentius, the Palatine hill, and the Roman Forum.

This was a delightful stay. Alberto was a very courteous host and the apartment’s location - on the edge of Monti - was perfect for shops and restaurants etc.

Wonderful apartment and location

My husband and our 2 teenage girls really enjoyed our stay here! Apartment was clean and spacious and we loved sitting out on the balcony at night! Also many great restaurants nearby- loved the Monti neighborhood!

Great Location

Had a wonderful stay here. We had no electricity in the beginning but it was fixed within a couple of hours and all was good! Loved having a glass of wine on the balcony and watching all things Rome!

A Nice Place to Stay in Rome!

This apartment was very roomy for our family of four. There was plenty of space for everyone and the balcony was very nice! The apartment is in a great location near restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. Having laundry and drying racks was helpful.

Amazing Stay! -- Definitely Reccomend

This is an amazing place. Alberto is the owner of the apartment and he is very nice, friendly, and accommodating. He gave all of the informaiton we needed, and then gave us the space to enjoy the City.The apartment is located in the Monti district one block away from the Colloseium, convinient to the Metro. The rooms are great, the kitchen is magnificent.As soon as we stepped in, we felt like we stepped into our own home.We have already recommended this place to all of our friends who visit Rome.

Stunning views of the coliseum!

This VRBO is one not to miss! The views of the coliseum are wonderful and it is just a short walk to both the site and a nice food neighborhood. The owner is very responsive and can also help with travel arrangements to ports, airports, etc. Highly recommended! We really enjoyed our stay.

Incredible property and location

Steps from the coliseum and too many restaurants to count! The property was well appointed, clean, comfortable and had amazing views from the balcony. We were only passing through but it would make a perfect location to spend a week in the city. Definitely 5 stars.

Great location

Great location with a view of the Colosseum. There are several restaurants and stores in the area to enjoy. Very easy to catch a taxi or an UBER for pick up. One of the rooms has no air conditioning if you are using all 3 rooms.

We had a great time in Rome. The apartment was clean, we could walk to the Colosseum. There are many restaurants near. Only suggestion would be to add a toaster.

The BEST view!

We absolutely loved staying here. You can literally see the colosseum from the balcony. There are so many windows with views all around. And there are shutters for all of the windows that made it pitch black which was great for a mid day nap. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 7. It was very clean and the views were beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone and the location is excellent. Perfect for exploring all the major sights. Alberto and Nelum were quick to respond to any questions we had. The map provided with local neighbourhood recommendations was very helpful and appreciated. Excellent location and apartment!

Excellent location and beautiful views from the front balcony of the Colosseum and Roman Forum and from the kitchen of the city. Couldn’t be happier with the apartment, how spacious it was, the furniture, the amenities, and how close it was to restaurants, the Colosseum, supermarkets and anything we needed, all within walking distance. Alberto was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host, gave us a map with local information, and arranged transportation to and from the airport for us as well. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful apartment so close to colosseum!

An excellent springboard

The penthouse was everything we could have asked for. Situated close to the Colosseo Metro station with views of the Foro Romano, Colosseo, and Altar of the Fatherland. We spent many evenings with our glass of wine enjoying the summer concerts in the Foro; I would highly recommend it.
