Dirty and rude staff
Staff is extremely rude and inflexible. This is not a hotel. Just a very old building that stinks turned to a guest house. You get only one set of unclean sheet and towels. They never change them. Bathroom stinks and is full of damp.

Not great
I didn't have the greatest experience. The room was sorta spacious, but that was pretty much the only positive along with the decent location. The room wasn't cleaned at all, just the garbage was emptied daily. No dusting, no new towels, and the bed wasn't made. Even the airco wasn't probably working and shut off randomly. Breakfast wasn't great either as it basically consisted of a bag of biscuits, cereal, and some warm milk. Finally, the hostess was nowhere to be found during the duration of our stay and calling her didn't work either as the listed phone number was out of service.

Nessun servizio bar, riscaldamento spenti e personale mai visto, aria condizionata senza telecomando e nessuno a cui chiederlo, doccia agghiacciante. Pulizia dignitosa ma ottima la posizione.

Pensión bien situada
Creí que iba a un Bed & Breakfast, pero no fue así en España, este alojamiento tendría la categoría de pensión, es un piso pocas habitaciones y una cocina. Son habitaciones pequeñas con un pequeño baño dentro, la sensación es un poco agobiante pero al menos está limpio. La situación está bien, a 7 minutos andando a Termini, y cerca de monumentos.

Älä varaa täältä huonetta.
Summeriin vastattiin vasta kolmannella ja kerrottiin että meillä ei ole varausta vaikka maksu oli jo otettu tililtämme hyvissä ajoin. "Vastaanotto" oli tylyä ja maksoimme kaupunkiveron jo tullessa, koska vastaanoton naishenkilö ei selkeästi halunnut meitä enää nähdä. Saimme lopulta huoneen joka haisi vahvasti homeelle ja valkaisuaineelle koko vierailun. Wc veti onnettomasti, ja joka puolella oli lappuja mitä ei saa tehdä. Huoneesta puuttui alkeellisimmatkin asiat kuten saippua ja pyyhekoukut. Ovien lukot myös toivat oman haasteensa. Varasimme huoneen b&b:nä mutta aamiaista ei ollut tarjolla..

hotel comodo y muy bien ubicado
Excelente experiencia. Francesca la anfitriona muy amable, simpática y servicial, nos entrego un mapa donde nos indico los principales lugares a visitar, y datos sobre comercios de alrededor. Desayuno: Hay un area de cocina, con sus elementos, donde cada habitación tiene una mesa asignada, que puede utilizar en cualquier momento. NOTA: Ascensor del edificio muy angosto. Solo para 2 a la vez.
