This elegant apartment is located between the Vatican and the Spanish Steps;  
  
 it consists of a large living room,2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms,a kitchen with a nice balcony and all the amenities,like wi fi,independent heating,AC,washing machine,dishwasher,Tv.  
  
 the guests will have access in all the rooms of the apartment. we'll be happy to give any information about the house and the city during the check in. After the hours 8 pm the cost of check in will have a surcharge of 25 which will be collected upon arrival in the apartment   
  
 WE ARE NOT A HOTEL WITH A CONCIERGE ALWAYS AVAILABLE, PLEASE NOTIFY IN ADVANCE WITH YOUR ARRIVAL TIME 1) From October 1st 2023 the municipality of Rome introduces a mandatory tourist tax of 6 per person per night in cash 2) Late check in after 8PM = 25 in cash 3) Evening check in after 11PM = 50 in cash 4) Night check in after 1AM = 75 in cash 4) Missed agreed check in time = 30 in cash 5) Missed notify in case of delay = 30 in cash 6) Use whats app to communicate with our check in staff 7) Without cash on arrival it will not be possible to access the apartment, the cost of extras cannot be left at check out 8) If our staff has to return to the apartment a second time because you do not have cash upon arrival, you will pay a supplement of 20 9) We provide a welcome kit for each guest, we do not restock or clean the apartments every day
