Elegant 90sqm apartment located in Monteverde, one of the most central areas of Rome and close to Trastevere. Within walking distance are Villa Pamphili and the Gianicolo. The apartment, newly renovated, has been furnished with great care. Located on the third floor with elevator, the accommodation boasts a large living room with open kitchen and small terrace, two spacious double bedrooms and a bathroom with balcony. Excellently connected, from the apartment there are several options for moving to the center of Rome by public transportation. Just 2 minutes away is Quattro Venti Station, and one stop (just 3 minutes) takes you to St. Peter's Station. Otherwise, a 10-minute walk away is the possibility to take streetcar 8 and get to Piazza Venezia in 20 minutes, passing through the Trastevere area.

#### Amazing experience in Rome!

My stay in this wonderful apartment was magnificent . The apartment is equipped with all the comforts and conveniences (iron, ironing board, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine). The house is cared for in every detail and the location is perfect to reach the pricipal points of interest. To get to St. Peter's there is the Quattro Venti station just a stone's throw away and with just one stop you arrive at your destination. I went downtown with a convenient bus from nearby Piazza Dunant and then there is the beautiful Trastevere district also reachable on foot for those who feel like walking a bit. Andrea was an exemplary host, always helpful, giving me suggestions on clubs, restaurants and best panoramic views of Rome. I am sure to return, already shared with friends and acquaintances. I recommend it :)
