  • We are pleased to welcome you to this new, modern, and charming apartment located in the heart of Trastevere, one of Rome’s most beautiful areas, famous for its bars, clubs, and restaurants. Here you’ll find everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.
    The apartment is equipped with the latest amenities: air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine/dryer, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a basic supply of linens and toiletries.

    SPACE:
    This apartment offers the feeling of experiencing Rome as it was in centuries past, with a touch of modernity. The exposed beam ceilings, which characterise the apartment, and the authentic terracotta floors blend with elegant, modern furnishings that convey a sense of comfort and freshness.

    The apartment is laid out as follows:
    - 3 double bedrooms
    - 2 bathrooms
    - spacious living area with a sofa and a kitchen with an island

    NOTE: The two bedrooms near the living room (bedrooms 1 and 3) do not have air conditioning but can be cooled using the air conditioning in the living room area. Bedroom 2, on the other hand, has its own air conditioning unit.

    The living area is spacious, featuring a modern design and high-quality finishes.
    Relax on the sofa, have fun with your friends or family—you’ll feel right at home!
    Each bedroom offers plenty of space to store your clothes and personal belongings!
    If cooking is your passion, you’ll have everything you need to experiment with local recipes or prepare your favourite breakfast.
    It’ll be wonderful to cook in an open kitchen and enjoy your dinner on this fantastic island.

    The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use.

    Upon your arrival, you’ll find my home professionally cleaned, with fresh, fragrant linens and a basic supply of body wash and shampoo.

    To ensure you have a pleasant stay, please note the following:

    - Surcharge for check-in after 9:00 PM:

    from 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM - 50 euros

Beautiful Property

I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was new, comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and sightseeing. Highly recommend.
