I think it could have a mop and washing up liquid and a microwave. The apartment was clean except for the floor. Check in was fine and we were met at the apartment. Unfortunately the jug wasn’t clean and we were not able to use that for our 8 day stay and had to boil water in saucepan. There were no butter knives only sharp steak knives which made buttering bread challenging but we managed. There was also no toilet paper until we purchased some, which is an oversight. The beds were very firm which is just personal preference but not mine. I think overall it was a decent size and close to attractions. The three bedrooms was perfect retreat for 4 nights. Plenty of space to stretch out and have some down time. Air conditioning worked great, but the unit in the bedroom off the living room was leaking water. We placed the kitchens 5 qrt kettle below it to catch the water. Had to empty twice a day. Contacted host and never received a response. Grocery store and dining options less than 2 blocks away. The streets were not crowded at the beginning of July. The apartment is located within a 12 minute walk to the Colosseum and train station. Would recommend this place if you want a peaceful stay in Rome. ##### Chris H.
