The apartment 80 m2, two large bedrooms, for 5 persons, living room with kitchen, bathroom, balcony, lift, bed linen, towels, internet, Free Wi-Fi, view of the dome of St. Peter's from the windows, TV Satellite, heating, Daikin air conditioners, washing machine, hair dryer, baby cot (crib) and child's highchair. The apartment is on the 4th floor with lift (elevator). The apartment is ideal if you come to Rome by car, because it is located on a street where you can park for free. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels, internet wi-fi, gas, water, electricity, heating, baby cot (crib) and the child's highchair are included in the price of the apartment. You let me know if you want the baby cot (crib) and the child's highchair, so when you arrive you will find these things in the apartment. The apartment was a convenient location. It allowed us to walk to all our Vatican activities and use public transportation to get around the rest of the city. ##### Greg L. The location of the VRBO was directly across the street from the Vatican and a block away from the bus stop. We had a wonderful stay in Rome and where we stayed was a big part of that.We walked a lot yet also took advantage of the bus system there. The apartment was very clean and our host met us upon arrival. He was kind and explained all we needed to know about the apartment and surrounding area. We had no problems during our stay and would definitely request this apartment again if we visit Rome. ##### Janna S. We left our car there for 3 days for free. Vatican City was like 15-19 mins of walking. Restaurants and supermarket were close by. The only thing I wasn’t too sure was that the washing machine was pretty old and it kept running like three hours and the clothes were not washed at all. So I had to hand wash all my family’s clothes. Big rooms and AC’s worked well. That’s the plus especially we experienced heatwaves while we were there. Oh, the shower was super small. If you’re a little heavy, you probably would have a problem closing the shower door. Overall, our three night stay was fine and things all worked out. ##### IRENE Stayed 3 nights in Jul 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### David B. 31 May 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Roman Holiday We arrived in Rome after our Mediterranean cruise. Our host Emidio communicated well and was waiting for us when we arrived. He helped us bring our luggage up to the apartment and walked thru all the needed info on the apartment. At the end of our stay he met us on time for check out and arranged transportation to the airport for us. Overall our experience with Emidio was great. The apartment had a partial view of St Peter’s Basilica and was very comfortable walking distance to Vatican attractions. The apartment was clean and linens were nice. Slight pool sun pealing in bathroom but overall it was very comfortable and far better than a hotel room would have been.
