Our stay in Florence

The location was great and the property was charming! The property manager responded right away and was helpful. The only criticism that I have is the number of steps to get to the apartment. It was around 50 steps. In addition to that there were steps up to the loft. It’s a great location but I think the outside steps should be mentioned in the listing. I wasn’t prepared for that.
