We had an absolute fabulous stay in Rome! The condo is convenient to everything (Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Vatican City, etc., etc.), and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting The Eternal City. Perfect
This little apartment is the perfect place for two people who want to experience the feel of Rome. Walking distance to the big attractions but also in the midst of authentic Roman life, shops, cafes, bars. Owner arranged a ride to the airport for us. The only bad part was having to leave. We highly recommend this charming home west from home.

Very well located a short walk from the Campo dei Fiori, Sonia’s cozy ground floor apartment was perfect for our last days in Italy. It has easy access to all the best Roman sites, so that we could stroll from the campo to the Piazza Novona and over to the Pantheon to shop or choose from hundreds of dining options. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay in the heart of Rome
We loved the apartment. It was in a very good location and within walking distance to many of the attractions and restaurants. It is an older place but that is the beauty of it. Especially in Rome. The important things were that the bed was very comfortable and we felt very safe in the area. Uncle Franco met us when we arrived and gave us a walking tour of the area and the day we left he came again and waited with us until our taxi came. I would recommend this apartment if you are visiting Rome.

Nice clean place. Very nice hosts. Our main problem: rooms are adjoining. Bathroom is adjoining with bigger bedroom which serves also as a dining room. My adult granddaughter and me had no privacy. Apartment has just one little mirror in the bathroom. Keys to the apartment are very difficult to operate. I have mixed feelings about the place.

What a great place!
Wow! We were greeted by Franco, the sweetest man around, he showed us around the neighborhood and told all the particulars regarding the apt. This apt is so close to so many wonderful historical sites. We would stay here again for sure!

Property needs complete revamp. Kitchen in dark and not usefull. Plumbing in shower needs attention as you stand in ankle deep water, and bedding on double bed had blood stains. Uncle Franko helpfull on geeting no sign of Sonia the host. Day of check out Uncle Franko just walked in using his key. No knocking or ringing the bell. Location is the best part of the apartment

Uncle Franco met us at the property, full of how to use everything in the condo, restaurant tips, taxi info etc. Sonia was very helpful in arranging a car to take us to the airport. The location was great- really close to Campo Fiore, Piazza Navona. Grazie!

Flat on a very scenic street...flat like it gave us an authentic experience. Perfect size for our family of 3. Uncle Franco gave us a quick tour of the block as he was checking us in. Stovetop with utensils and coffee maker was perfect for a wakeup to get us back to touring.

Unique, clean, and close!
This is a very unique place. It felt very authentic to Roman life. It was also in the perfect location - away from the tourist traps but still close enough to walk to everything. It was impeccably clean. We will stay here again if we ever make it back to Rome!

Fantastic location and property
Really enjoyed our stay here, Sonia was very communicative and the property was really good. I will warn that it has low ceilings, so taller people may need to duck. My only issue (and it's a very minor one) is the shower head is in desperate need of replacement, it sort of goes in random directions. Other than that, the property was perfect; would rent again.

Wonderful time in Rome.
Myself and my husband stayed in this apartment for 7 days. The location of this place is amazing, walking distance to many historical monuments and off course the market Campo de' Fiori. The apartment has everything you need, it is an old style Italian apartment. The host Sonia is wonderful, very helpful, she even helped me with the transportation from and to the airport. The apartment is in the thick of everything you would like to do in Rome- it’s a 600 year old building and cobblestone neighborhood- very charming. I think the kitchen could be better supplied. Specially for arrival of international guests.

Amazing Location
This apartment had everything we needed. The check in and check out process was easy. The host was very helpful in giving recommendations for eating and shopping, and took the time to make sure we knew how to work the door, use the washing machine etc. The apartment was close enough to everything we wanted to see and do that we could walk or take a short cab ride if we had less energy. There are so many great places to shop and eat close by too. I was travelling with 2 teenagers and they were glad to have their own space to sleep and hang out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

It was lovely meeting Pepe Meocci upon check in and communication with his daughter Sonia prior to arriving was efficient. She provided us with any information I asked for and arranged our ride from the airport. Pepe was delightful and he told us all about the area, how to get around and general tips. The location was FANTASTIC; quiet yet central. We had a wonderful stay, would definitely stay here again.

From the moment I booked the apartment to the moment we closed the door on our last day everything was perfect! Communication from our host was top notch. Location was amazing 5-30minute walk to all the major sites. Steps away from Campo Di Fiori. Lovely open market and a plethora of restaurants and gelato shop (this was a huge plus for my 13 year old he had to have one every night) The apartment itself was wonderful and suited our needs for the 4 day stay. Clean, had everything we needed including a combination washer/dryer which was nice to have after a 10 day cruise. When I visit Rome again I hope this apartment will be available.

Best location for first-time tourists in Rome
The apartment is cozy and close to all must-see places within walking distance, and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and stores nearby. It cannot be more convenient than this. Our host Franco greeted us when we arrive. He gave us a detailed orientation of the apartment and the neighborhood, which was very helpful for us as this is our first time in Rome. During our stay, Sonia responded to our messages within minutes when we have any questions. We had a great time there. Strongly recommended.

Sonja and Franco’s flat was so charming. We felt very comfortable there and loved how close it was to the piazza. Franco took great care of us during check-in and even walked us down the street to point out places to eat. You have to walk to Osteria da Fortunata for dinner. Best meal we had while in Rome!

Not really 2 bedrooms but still fine. The property manager was outstanding and a pure joy!
We loved Franco. I would stay here again just to see him. He made sure we knew where everything was we needed. He walked us around the neighborhood and made our arrangements to get back to the airport. He was the kindest person we met in all of Rome. Thank you Franco!

We were please we that flat is roomy, I wish I have communicated my last time change better with Sonia anyway we just needed to wait for 40 minutes Paola the housekeeper meet us and she is very lovely but was not a big deal to wait cause is many bar/ restaurants around. Dark and Dank but location was good
The property was clean but the queen bed was awful. Squeaked every time you moved, seemed like it was on it's last leg. My very tall 22 year old son slept in the other room with bed that seemed more fit for a small child. Towels were rough and scratchy. It's rather dark and dank, basement of 400 year old building Tenants upstairs were up late and could be very loud at times. Had difficulty working the washer/dryer, took forever (5 hours or so) to do a small load of laundry. Sonia and Uncle Franko were wonderful! Although we did have difficulty finding the driver that was arranged when we arrived and finally located her in the taxi line outside the airport, was told she'd be right after we went through customs. That was a bit nerve racking but all worked out well in the end. Driver to the airport was also great, arranged by Sonia. We had a very early flight and he arrived on time and was very efficient. Location of the flat was very good!

Center of Rome but quietness of the country!!!
First, the owners are SOOO wonderful! I would book again based on them and Uncle Franco :). I accidentally left some belongings behind and did not realize it until we were on a train to Florence. Not only did I get them back, but they drove them to the airport in Rome before we flew home! They made us feel like family which helped us start this first trip to Italy perfectly! As for the apartment, it is located right in the middle of Rome and the sites and sounds, but down a side street which made it very quiet at night. Because June can be very hot, there was AC but also the apartment is completely shaded so we were cool even though the AC was off during the day. Because of the location, you could walk everywhere (and we did), feeling completely safe. Not only would I recommend this apt, I will book again for next year. Uncle Franco, a personal thank you for all your help and showing us around the first day as well as meeting us at the airport. You are very kind and happy.

Great location— a few steps from Campo dei fiori, yet on a quiet side street. Fantastic owners to work with. They are very helpful. Uncle Franco is the real deal and Sonia is marvelous! Apartment has everything you need. Ground floor apartment, so if rainy it’s a bit humid, otherwise tutto e Bella!
