The house is on the first floor of an apartment and 'completely renovated and' consists of two double bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, TV 28 inches, mattress, memory foam, a three-door wardrobe, dresser with mirror, bedside tables and a comfortable armchair. My daughter and I stayed here for almost 3 weeks while we visited Rome and used it as our home base as we also flew to Sicily and took a short trip to Positano. It was such a comfortable place to stay - kitchen was stocked with everything we could need, there was a washer for clothing, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked great! Fabrizio, our host, was so welcoming and he gave us many suggestions for restaurants and stores close to the apt. There is a train station about a 10 minute walk from the place, and from there you can get anywhere in the city, as well as to main train terminal.
