Had a fabulous stay at LH Royal Suites.We had the one bed apartment with the terrace. The location is superb and allowed us to walk everywhere. No need for taxis. Thanks Vincenzo.

Ir was centrally located to get to the main tourist sites. It was easy to walk to all areas. The check in was easy and they provided a map to all the attractions. The only thing negative about the stay was we thought breakfast was included, but it was not and we had to pay for it.

It was better than I expected. Located across the releic called Torre De Argentina (known to be where Julius Caesar was assasinated,), the place was situated in the heart of city. It was not easy to find unless you have your own car, but is worth more than what you pay for. The room was super clean and comes with a large private balcony where you can wine and dine for a bottle of wine. The breakfast was simple, but more than what I needed for a family of 5. Vincent is a manager working at the reception, who was kind and helpful, but never smiles. I will return to this hotel consisting of 6 rooms, because of him who I think is obsessed about being organized and clean. He represents the hotel himself! Many thanks to Vincent.

Great hotel to pick for your stay in Rome
Fab hotel, great location, friendly, helpful staff. With a set up of 6 guest rooms and a breakfast room, its a great combination of feeling like an air bnb but with the service and attention of a hotel. Don't hesitate to book it. We walked everywhere from here, all the sights, plus exploring areas over the river for nice little dinner spots that were less touristy. Would come back here in a second if I came to Rome again.

Impossible to get a descent sleep
I booked this place because of all the high reviews on Expedia and elsewhere. Unfortunately they are very deceiving. First of all, this is more of a hostal for students than a hotel you want to travel with kids. It's located on the 2nd floor of an office building. The place has a small hall with a desk, a corridor that takes you to 4 of the 6 rooms, and a dining room. The other 2 rooms are located next to the dining room. The room they gave us faced the street. There's a tram that operates every day from around 5am to past midnight. Every time it goes by the place felt like it was going to fall apart because of the rambling. So, needless to say, it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. The staff were attentive and tried to accommodate us, but since they didn't have any other available rooms they simply gave us ear plugs. We ended cutting our stay at this place short and went to a different and much better hotel for the rest of our stay in Rome. I'm glad we did but we lost 2 precious nights at this horrible place.

WOW Customer Service & Exceptional Location
We travelled a lot and we have to say this is the friendliest hotel we ever stayed. Lovely room,great breakfast, location was excellent. It is licated in the centre of most attractions. Both Franco and Edizon provided us first class service and treat us like their family. They always make sure our needs are being taking care off. Consistently offering us valuable advise and suggestions! We will definitely stay here for our next trip in Rome!

Beautiful and comfortable European apartment/hotel
We traveled to Rome with our three children (11, 13 and 15) and wanted something in walking distance from everything and we sure got it. The room was spacious and clean, with beds for everyone (families of 5 can attest to how hard it is to find something for 5 people without getting two rooms or having one child sleeping on a fold out cot) and a comfortable, air conditioned room. We even got our own "private" balcony. We arrived late to FCO from France and the hotel staff arranged a private van to bring us to the hotel and met us outside and helped us with our bags. Breakfast was truly complementary and extensive and the staff could not have been nicer. Would highly recommend this to a friend!

Best place to stay in Rome
The most important thing I can say is that my daughter and I were treated like family. They were very sweet, caring and helpful people. The room was very nice, clean. The bathroom was beautiful, modern. The only negative thing for me was the bed, it was very firm.

Great stay in the heart of Rome
Great location near the Pantheon, this is a small independent 6-room hotel on the 3rd floor of a classy older building. The rooms the clean and beds comfortable, our bathroom was totally renovated with a great shower. The hosts are very nice and helpful with bus lines, directions, making reservations for museums or dinner. Breakfast was a big buffet and delicious. It was noisy at night with the people on the piazza out front but that didn't bother us. The location is ideal.

The accommodation is well located, all the popular sights within walking distance. It was comfortable, very clean and full of Italian style. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Can't fault it and would definitely stay there again.

O quarto é confortável, café da manhã bom, localização muito boa perto da promenade. O único detalhe é que não tem estacionamento, o que em alta estação pode complicar.

Great city centre option
Great boutique hotel at walking distance from all main attraction. Room was large and well furnished/decorated. Vibration from downstair tramway are quite heavy but wasn't a pb for us. Service and staff was perfect !

Hotel Lh Royal Suites je úžasný
Hotel v centru města, přesto tiché prostory, velmi čistý. šéf hotelu a ostatní personál velice vstřícní, usměvavi, ochotně poradí s trasou výletů. Byli jsme v Římě již potřetí, volba tohoto ubytování nejlepší. Děkujeme Vincenzo.

OLTRE LE ASPETTATIVE
Abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo momento perchè dovevamo passare una giornata a Roma. Volevamo qualocosa che fosse comodo al centro e anche vicino a Piazza dei Fiori e Trastevere. Abbiamo selezionato questo hotel viste anche le recensioni positive. Hotel di poche camere (6 credo) situato in un appartamento storico di Roma, davanti alle rovine romane, comodo per raggiungere il centro. Ottimo servizio di ricevimento, Franco è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Inoltre le camere molto pulite e dotate di ogni confort, dalla doccia con musica e idromassaggio, dagli accessori come lo spazzolino da denti e il dentifricio, all'aria condizionata e al mattino una super colazione tra salato e dolce nella bellissima stanza rotonda con pavimento in mosaico. Palazzo storico con ingresso bellissimo e dotato di portineria che ci ha permesso di lasciare le valige al mattino della partenza per fare ancora una piccola visita in centro di poche ore.Grazie. Dimenticavo il prezzo. SUPER! sarà stata un'offerta ma veramente impeccabile il tutto.

Amazing Place
We have wonderful days in Roma and in the Hotel. Perfect location, near to every touristic points in Roma. The host was very attentive. In all breakfast he served for us a Caprese Salad!! :)

Top locatie.
Dit hotel is een echte aanrader. Franco is een geweldige gastheer. Het hotel is prima gelegen en op loopafstand 10 à 15 minuten van verschillende bezienswaardigheden. Bussen en trams stoppen op het plein. Wij hebben genoten, het voelt net op je bij een Italiaanse familie thuis logeerd.

Top hotel met goeie ligging
Prachtig, klein hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Onze kamer had een plafondschildering uit 1800 en de ontbijtzaal heeft een originele mozaïekvloer. Het hotel is voorzien van alle moderne gemakken zoals airco, minibar, fijne bedden en luxe badkamer. De ligging is geweldig, bijna alle bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. Het receptiepersoneel neemt alle tijd om tips over bussen, restaurants en winkels te vertellen. Neem vooral de hop-on-hop-off bus om Rome te zien, en natuurlijk Vaticaanstad.
