En contra que el propietario llegó más de una hora tarde del horario pactado, lo que debimos esperar afuera bajo la lluvia. La entrada al departamento es un pasillo donde hay varios techos de basura llenos y con mal olor. Pagamos €50 de limpieza y a pesar de eso el propietario nos reclamo que dejamos algunos platos sin lavar en la cocina... Bany molt ampli, amb columna de dutxa. Amb calefacció. Quan vaig veure al Google maps l'entrada vaig dubtar, però l'edifici està rehabilitat i l'entrada i escala estan perfectes!
