Conveniently located near the central Termini Station, the flat has just been remodeled with fine furniture and amenities. Located at the third floor of a 1800 century building, the loft has Air conditioned, 40 inches TV, wi fi and memory mattressesWith 14 feet ceiling you will feel in the open in any part of the houseI will personally be reachable 24 hours a day. ourist tax of Rome of 3,50 € per person per day is not included on the rate. We don’t accept checques, or travel checques. Modification on the date of arrival or departure is not refoudable. We don’t accept animals and it’s not allowed to smoke.

Wonderful place to stay!

Absolutely loved our stay in Rome. Great location to get around when using the trains and buses. Definitely recommend this apartment!

Was great location, nicely appointed only small for three persons

Had a good experience with room after catching up with owner. Would recommend for two persons traveling without car. Very clean and great bed!
