For our first time in rome this place was everything we needed. Was clean had a fridge and the AC worked fine. Wifi was good and the espresso machine in the main area was always stocked. Staff were responsive on whatsapp. Since we were going all over the city it was convenient to be close to the main station and metro line. Personally I didnt find it loud at night since the area is pretty desolate. But you are less than a 10mins walk to some nice bars and restaurant's.

Friendly and knowledgeable greeting. Propery is secure although a little difficult to find. Three SMALL sets of steps to gain entry - but not overly difficult. No lift. Quiet and would stay again.

Some rooms excellent and some bad

I stayed at the same hotel from 2-5 January and I rated excellent! However, this time I was assigned a room that was not noise proof and the couple next door kept us awake so much sexy noises they made all night. The Wi-Fi did not work at all. So the room at the right end of the corridor is not worth a good grade

入り口が分かりにくいため、事前にスタッフからくるメッセージを確認する必要がある。Google地図では辿りつかない。セルフチェックインはスムーズにいけた。 少し階段を登る必要がある。 ドライヤーは故障していたが、部屋は狭すぎず利用しやすい。スタッフの対応は良い。

Ótimo lugar!

A hospedagem é perto da estação termini e a uma quadra da estação de metrô Vitório Emanuelle. No quarto que ficamos tem uma mesa para refeições e todas as comodidades que um quarto precisa. Tem uma cozinha a disposição dos hóspedes, sem fogão, mas com geladeira, pia, microondas com grill e uma cafeteira. O anfitrião sempre deixa cápsula de café e chá, como também açúcar.

Muito aconchegante! Apesar da rua ser bem assustadora a noite, quando se chega no edifício e vê o quarto e o banheiro vemos que tudo vale a pena!

Die Unterkunft war ok. Aber ich würde jeden von der Umgebung Termini abraten. Es ist der dreckigste und gefährlichste Teil in Rom. Überall liegt Müll und es riecht nach Urin und überall sind Obdachlose.

Väl värt pengarna och mycket trevligt bemötande

Rymligt rum med bord och stolar, bra sängar samt duch och toalett. Tillgång till kaffe, te, porslin, bestick o microvågsugn. Rent o fint överallt. Fantastiskt vänlig och trevlig värdinna!

Très bon séjour. Lucia est aux petits soins pour ses clients. L’appart est un peu éloigné du centre mais très proche du métro (2 min à pieds) La chambre était très propre et moderne. A recommander!!

Posotiv: Freundliches Personal, Zimmer stets sauber, Frühstück war auch sehr lecker, Bad sehr groß mit Regendusche. Küche durfte man auch nutzen(toaster, mikrowelle, obstkorb zum SB. Metro 2 min Fußweg. Negativ: Die Frühstücksauswahl war immer etwas komisch: Man hatte einen Zettel wo man aus verschiedenem Essen und Trinken auswählen konnte, am nächsten Tag hatte man den selben zettel und musste mit Radiergummi die auswahl (falls man es nicht mehr haben wollte) ausradieren. So gab es leider oft Missverständnise und das falsche wurde serviert. was nicht schlimm ist, geschmeckt hat alles trotzdem

El apartamento es bonito pero el barrio muy malo. Además, aunque era moderno nuestra habitación tenía fallos enormes como el tragadero de la ducha, la dixha de wc goteaba y lo peor: el wc no tragaba bien. Lo comunicamos , lo miraron y nos dijeron que al día siguiente seguirían intentándolo y ya no se volvió a saber. Terminamos teniendo que llenar un cubo y volcarlo, y jorobando lo que tenía q ser una agradable estancia. no lo recomiendo sobre todo por la dejadez. también se olvidaron las toallas y el gel el primer día

Great location

Great location right next to station and a short walk to the Colosseum. My only niggle would be the cold shower in my room I would have the boiler on all day and it would still be stone cold I only had two hot showers during my stay and one was in my friends room next door

Ótimo B&B e atendimento excelente

Fizemos a reserva em cima da hora, chegamos ao local e não parecia bonito, o anfitrião não estava e aguardamos no hall do prédio. O entorno não é bonito, porém é 10 min a pé da Estação Roma Termini. É perto de várias lojinhas e mercadinhos tipo camelô, tem paradas de ônibus e metrô na mesma quadra. O quarto foi surpreendente cômodo, limpo e bem decorado. O café da manhã servido no quarto pela anfitriã é uma delícia, sem contar que quando se chega no apartamento tem lanche e café à disposição. Ótimo atendimento, Lucia é um amor.

La chica que nos atendió estuvo muy pendiente de cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos. Todo muy limpio y en orden. Falta quizás un cartel algo mas grande en la entrada.
