We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for friends. If you have luggage, then take a taxi as there is a short walk from bus and metro lines. The area is surrounded with options for dining, and plenty of sights to see. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel was perfectly located and very safe as its in front of a government facility. However we didnt have hot water in the morning and couldnt fix it. Hotel is older style but overll good

The hotel was very nice and the staff was courteous and helpful as we dont speak Italian. Very walkable area to all the "must sees". We walked everywhere. Very clean and the breakfast was phenomenal!! Plus a bag drop off if you arrive prior to check in so you dont have to tote them around! Our room overlooked piazza in front of Parliament.Highly recommend!!!

Its one of the nicest places i have stayed, its beautifully decorated without losing any of its historical authenticity. The rooms are quite spacious and very comfortable and the staff absolutely beautiful people. Would definitely come back again.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several attractions, including the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Piazza Navona among others. It's also very safe since it's in the same square as the Parliament buildings with a heavy police presence.

The hotel is located in ideal place for walking access to most sites of interest. The room was nice with easy to open windows. All the staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was a step above what any hotel has offered. Again the staff stood out in every way.

it was a Good Hotel but would have been nice if we were able to turn on the A C. Was told that due to government regulations they can not turn on the AC unit until May 1st , had to leave the windows open and it was noisy and hard to sleep

The hotel was in a perfect location. Only 3 blocks from the Trevi fountain. Close to the Pantheon. We walked all over Rome from the hotel. The hotel breakfast was great and had a large selection. The showers were nice and hot. The room was always clean and the service was excellent.

Location was perfect for taking in the best of Rome. Staff was helpful and attentive. Room was excellent. Breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip to Italy. Do yourself a favor and stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent service and location.
Excellent location. Right around the corner from the Pantheon and directly on the piazza with the Parliament building so police all around and extremely secure. Breakfast was awesome and the staff were super friendly and willing to help. Would stay there again.

Hotel was in a decent location and to be fair it wasn’t a bad hotel. The breakfast staff are very nice and attentive. We found reception staff was average except for tall black guy (can not remember his name) who we found was rude and not bothered. Would recommend to stay here as a central base.

Not all 4 star hotels seem like 4 star
Extremely small rooms and the first room they gave me..the window was completely opaque and only opened way at the top, which made one feel like I was in a box and couldn't see out. They proposed a second room and the glass was clear for the window. Still extremely small. The bathroom shower needs to be remodeled and lots of dark, chipped furniture

Great hotel in a safe and great location
The hotel is in great location, very safe and near the panteon. We had some noise from the stuff room and the hotel was kind and locate us in an executive suite which was great. The breakfast was great. We realy enjoyed the hotel.

Great location in a historic hotel
We loved the kind staff and great American style breakfast. The staff were very helpful with directions and calling cab always with a smile. The breafast buffet was plentiful with a nice variety of food choices. We missed having a towel warmer in our room for washing out clothes. Close location to attractions and very safe area. Great gelato around the corner.
