Convenient location
The overall environment is pretty clean. Staff speaks some English, Italian and Chinese. However, there is no reception so we should call the staff in advance; this costs and takes some time.

Mario gibt guteTips, Hotel ist eher Privatzimmer
Asiatische Führung, Mario spricht gut englisch und gibt äußert wertvolle Tips, z.B. Wann man am besten welche Sehenswürdigkeit besucht, wo Eintrittskarten erhältlich sind, gute Restaurant ect. (hat uns einige Stunden Warteschlange erspart).ABER: Solche Zimmer unter Hotel anzubieten ist schon gewagt, wir in Österreich würden sagen, habe 3 Privatzimmer zu vermieten und eine Kochnische, wo ihr auf 4 Holzklappsesselchen euer Frühstück einnehmen könnt! Die Zimmer wurden mit einem Reinigungsmittel behandelt, dass nach Jasmin und sonst noch was Asiatischem gestunken hat. Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster unmöglich, starker Strassenlärm.

We loved the stay, clean rooms daily, breakfast and bathrooms were great! Mario is very friendly and helpful! Loved the place :)

Rapporto qualità prezzo posizione ottimi.
Posizione ottima. Vicino alla stazione metro Vittorio Emanuele ad una fermata da Termini dove passano metro A e metro B. Avendo le chiavi in mano avevamo libertà di movimento e orari. Arredo essenziale e spartano. Nonostante avessimo il bagno condiviso con altre camere, la pulizia è risultata adeguata. Letto fatto e asciugamani puliti tutte le mattine. Colazione essenziale(latte caffè e spremuta con diversi cereali) ma con croissant buonissime. Il proprietario essendo in Cina è risultato irraggiungibile fino a due giorni prima della partenza, poi siamo stati infine contattati via mail. Per chi cerca un posto economico ma pulito e dignitoso.
