The Colosseo is a few steps away. Situated in the middle of Roma Antica It becomes ideally located to explore historical Rome during a short visit in the Eternal City. In fact, you probably will be doing everything on foot even though you have 3 lines of the metropolitan and numerous busses in the neighborhood . The area, Rione Monti/ Esquilino Is famous for it's good restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks, shops .... which will make your stay all too easy. We wanted an apartment that true Romans call home. We found this apartment and it delivered. It was comfortable, came with everything you may need and best of all it came with soul! A magical feeling comes with living in these older buildings, I’t made us feel that we were not just visiting. It made us feel as if we were living in Rome. That is exactly what we were looking for. And the hospitality was second to none. Created at the building entrance with a great smile, Naden led us to our apartment, treated us with fruit and yogurts, choices of coffee and great info on where to go for great pastries and meals.Did I mention we were in walking distance to the Colosseum? 10 - 15 minutes max. No need for a car, scooter, Vespa, Uber, nada you are close to everything. And its is about a 15 minute walk to the train station. Win,Win!
