 Welcome to this bright and comfortable apartment located on the third floor in the heart of Rome. Ideal for both business travelers and city explorers, this well-lit space has been thoughtfully prepared to make your stay as pleasant as possible.   
 The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, including an oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker, as well as dishes and all essential accessories.   
 The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.   
 The apartment features air conditioning, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Please note that this is a non-smoking home.   
 The location is excellent—just a short walk from Metro A (Re di Roma station) and very close to the upcoming Line C (Lodi station), which will soon connect directly to the Colosseum, making it even easier to explore the city.
