The staff were amazing and very kind. Even if the hotel is not brand new, everything works well and it was very clean. The pillows were very comfortable.

Fernando at the front desk is an absolute joy to humanity and I wish him a beautiful life, just as he said to us. We should all be like him. The room was quiet, I like how the room is situated with our private bathroom down the hall. The beds… oh, boy. Extremely hard. The card key makes sense for the lights. Leaving your other key at the front desk made it easy for us. I love that you can open the windows and where we were, it was quiet. The price was affordable

This place was horrible! The room was so small, hot, smelly and the bed was like sleeping on a rock. I was under the impression this was going to be an upscale place. The pictures are not even close. The staff was nice and tried to help, but couldn’t do much. I would NOT recommend the place. There are many other hotels nearby that is better and even cheaper.

The hotel itself was fine . The pillows needed improvement otherwise beds were good . Very noisy outside but that’s downtown Rome.

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Poor view from room, just internal roof, but may be better views from other rooms. Nice breakfast. Convenient to all the sites. Good as a base.

Good Hotel with a Super Receptionist
Good Location, clean Hotel, dated bathroom but functional and comfortable beds. It could do better with sound proofing but they employ a Super receptionist. The guy who does the night shift is an asset to this hotel.

The hotel is basic and outdated, but it is very clean and the staff is excellent. Great location 2 blocks from train station and lots of restaurants on the same street. Would def stay here again in the future.

The hotel is centrally located, on a street with restaurants and walkable to the Roma Termini Train Station. Every employee all from front desk and Valentina at breakfast were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Ferdinando -especially was very funny and helpful. Thank you for a great stay! 역근처에 안전하다는 위치라 예약했습니다. 방에 누렇게 된 벽지만 교체한다면 좋을것 같아요. 페르디난도 직원이 무척 친절합니다. 여행 초반 불친절한 이탈리아인들을 많이 만나서 기분이 상했었는데 호텔뿐 아니라 이탈리아에 대한 호감도를 상승하게 해줬습니다.

Breakfast was excellent, everything well prepared and ready. Dining room never crowded. The satff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The front desk always staffed. The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance to the train and metro stations.

Ferdinando was the absolute best! He represented the hotel in fine fashion, brought out the Italian personality in all of us and made us feel right at home. All the staff was wonderful, especially the lady in the breakfast area in the morning as well as our cleaning lady. But Ferdinando and his joy of life....he helps make events/vacations like these rise to a whole different level. A wonderful stay, a great staff, and fond memories that will last a lifetime!

When we checked in at the hotel we were given a room where the bedding was stained. The walls of the hotel a Must be extremely thin because all night we could hear someone on the next room snoring very loudly. The next morning when we complained the man on reception said that they had received complaints about the snoring. We asked for a room change and we’re told that there was not a comparable standard room to ours so we would need to pay 270 euro extra for 2 nights to upgrade to a superior room. We looked at this room first and the only real difference between the rooms was that the bathroom had been upgraded, however we were so desperate to get away from the snorer that we paid. We believe that we should have been given the new room at no extra cost as they were aware that the noise from the next room was an issue

This is a gem of a hotel in Rome. It’s clean and comfortable, has easy access to the train station, and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

Good but could be better
Pros: great staff, great location 5 mins from Termini, plenty of good restaurants mins away. Easy walk to many POIs. Cons: Bed very hard & uncomfortable, restroom wall & floor grout has surface mold that would be easy to clean, but worst of all very noisy ! Fellow guests constantly slamming room doors shut. That’s inconsiderate guests fault, but the heavy wood door shutting echos down the hallway. The hallway floors are wood so there’s nothing to muffle the acoustics. Also a lot of street noise carries into the room.

Wonderful hotel near Termini station. There are many nice restaurants nearby. The included breakfast buffet was adequate. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Convenient location close to main Termini station, which is also where airport shuttle buses stop, and one of the stops on the hop-on-hop-off bus tours. Staff very friendly & helpful, especially Valentina in the dining room at breakfast time. Continental breakfast included in price. Good value for the price paid. Only downside was the size of the shower cubicle which is pretty small, but otherwise couldn't fault this hotel.

Hotel was very close to the train station. Walking distance to most of the attractions. Hotel was clean. My son forgot his invisalign box at the hotel and they found it and held it for us until we got back from our cruise.

Hotel in rome
Location wise is good. Walking distance to the metro and train station. There are a lot of restaurants around too. So dont worry about being hungry. As for the room, it is a bit cramp but who stays in hotel during holiday! Just good for bathing and sleeping.

This was a nice hotel next to the train station. It could use some renovating and I thought the price was a little high but overall worked. Staff was really kind and would order us taxis when needed. There are a lot of restaurants near by as well. Not too bad of a walk to the close by attractions like Trevi fountain. Breakfast was typical that you'd find at European hotels and had some nice pastries.

This hotel was perfect. Close to Roma Termini train station so ideal if flying into Rome (Fiumincino airport). All staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and there were lots of good restaurants nearby for dinner. So much to see in Rome.
