Flora is an Elegant Apartment with two double bedrooms, a sofa bed and two balconies, ideal for couples and groups of friends. Located in the heart of the lively Boccea neighbourhood, 200 metres from the Cornelia metro station and 400 metres from bus stops, it allows you to quickly reach the Vatican and its museums, along with other well known destinations in the Eternal City. It is well served by pharmacies, restaurants, bars, shops and shared mobility services.  
  
 The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an elegant building with a lift.  
  
 Inside, it consists of:  
  
 The first double BEDROOM with mirror, Smart TV, clothes rack and a desk, ideal for those who work from home. It includes access to the balcony, providing the right amount of light.  
  
 The second double bedroom, also bright, with a clothes rack, Smart TV and a comfortable sofa.  
  
 The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine to ensure a pleasant awakening.  
  
 The modern BATHROOM has a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine. A welcome kit with towels and a hairdryer is also provided.   
  
 It has been completely renovated and designed down to the smallest detail to welcome guests from all over the world and offer a quality stay. For this reason, it also has air conditioning in all rooms, heating and fast, free Wi Fi.  
  
 ATTENTION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING: LATE CHECK IN after 8:00 pm has the cost of 20, after 11:00 pm has the cost of 30\. STAY TAX, NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION is to be paid in CASH at Check In. SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the apartment! Please RESPECT your NEIGHBORS and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during the night hours (10 PM 08 AM), upon arrival and departure. At Check Out any WASTE should be kindly disposed of outside in the Condominium Containers. If desired Bathroom Kit and EXTRA Housekeeping are at a cost NOT included in the reservation fee.
