The apartment is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to everything you need to make a Roma visit a pleasure. There are numerous very good to excellent restaurants within a short walking distance (try Kilo a couple hundred yards from the apartment for excellent steaks). A grocery store with everything you need in food and beverage is a half block away. Bus stops that will get you to everywhere you could want to go in Rome within about 30 minutes are one to two short blocks from the apartment. The hosts, Fabrizio and Monica, were helpful, replied to all requests within minutes, and communicated with easily understood directions in English. The flat itself was perfect for us. Really cute with all the finishing touches. The property manger added info on restaurants to go to and how to navigate the city in their welcome book (nice touch). The check in was easy despite our lateness. My only negative and this has nothing to do with the property manager or the flat. We found transportation difficult. We were 6 so getting a cab was difficult and the buses very slow and unreliable. Walking to major attraction is not an option in the heat of summer.
