The Space:  
  
Each room is equipped with a comfortable bed, a double bed in one room and a queen size bed in the other, with various types of pillows and a 25 cm high mattress to ensure a regenerating sleep. The rooms, are quiet and independent, enjoy excellent privacy and have furnishing elements that recall the historic style of the apartment.  
  
The Living Room is very spacious and allows guests to rest after a day of sightseeing in the city. The room is completed by a delightful, decorated wall that provides guests with a relaxing view.  
  
There is a wooden table where one can enjoy hearty meals in company, a comfortable sofa bed where to relax after a day of sightseeing in the city and a 32" Smart TV complete with all the applications to watch movies in streaming and relax before retiring.  
  
The brand-new modern style kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and dinners to delight guests after a day of visits or in the morning for an energetic breakfast.  
  
It comes equipped with all comforts and all essential appliances such as oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, capsule coffee machine, etc.  
  
There is a recently renovated bathroom complete with all toilet facilities, a shower cubicle and window.

The apartment is situated in Finally, 450 m on foot from the apartment, it is possible to reach the Via Cavour taxi station a historic building, just a few steps from the Colosseum and Via Cavour. There are free and paid parking areas. The proximity to the Cavour Metro station (400 m on foot) is a strong point of this accommodation.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
The neighbourhood where the apartment is located is Rione Monti, the first district of Rome, in the heart of the historic centre of the city.  
  
The neighbourhood owes its name to the fact that it encloses three of the seven hills of the city: Esquilino, Viminale and Quirinale.  
  
The Rione Monti hosts many art galleries and wineries and is considered one of the main districts of the Roman nightlife, in fact the district boasts the highest concentration of restaurants and clubs in the entire city.  
  
The district is very close to the main historical and archaeological sites of Rome such as the Colosseum, the Domus Aurea, the Roman Forum, the Imperial Forums, etc. All within walking distance.  
  
The apartment is situated in one of the most famous and historic streets of the city. In this street, during the 1930s, a group of young people led by the physicist Enrico Fermi, met in the then Royal Institute of Physics, and with their discoveries gave way to the use of nuclear energy.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
The apartment, which is just a few minutes’ walk from Via Cavour, provides easy access to all means of transport that the city offers.  
  
1 km from the apartment (15 minutes on foot) is Termini Station, the main railway station in Rome.  
  
At 450 m from the apartment (5 minutes) is the Metro B Cavour stop.  
  
A minute's walk away is the stop for bus lines 71 and 117 which connect the apartment with Tiburtina station and San Giovanni.  
  
Lastly, with a 450 m walk from the apartment, it is possible to reach the Via Cavour taxi station.
